Rebuilding Govnr
Govnr is being revived as open civic infrastructure for direct democracy.
Govnr began as an early experiment in online direct democracy. The project is now being rebuilt around modern architecture, a clearer civic domain model, verifiable voting records, and accessible participation.
The first work is focused on specification: organisations, spaces, membership, petitions, motions, voting, results, decisions, auditability, and AI assistance that supports people without replacing democratic judgment.
